Our responsibility on this project was to convert our client’s concept/design into a working machine in the least time and minimal budget.  The machine shown in the photo handles sulfuric acid, hence the extensive use of stainless steel and other material impervious to the acidic environment.

A tremendous amount of attention was devoted to the safety of the operator and the hazardous environment in which the machine had to perform.

In spite of the hostile environment we nevertheless operated the machine in our facility for several days prior to delivery to insure a smooth and uneventful installation and startup at our client’s facility.
